Our Members

We curate each group carefully. Ideal members are:

  • Advisors with 5+ years of experience serving business owners or executives

  • Open to being challenged and giving challenge in return

  • Focused on long-term professional growth, not short-term pitching

  • Eager to build authentic, high-trust relationships with other professionals

Group Meetings

Each session runs 3–4 hours, in person, with up to 10 non-competing professionals.

Meetings follow our proven COPI framework:

  • Transition & Mindset Reset: Leave execution mode. Step into strategy.

  • COPI Ranking: Members surface the most pressing Challenges, Opportunities, Problems, and Ideas.

  • Challenge Processing: Structured peer feedback with a facilitated problem-solving flow.

  • Learning Modules: Targeted content based on the group’s needs and gaps

  • Perspective Reports (rotational): Deep dives into a member’s practice and positioning

  • Commitments: Each member makes a public monthly commitment—and is held accountable

Facilitated by Pathfinder Group founder John Foster, MBA, CBEC, each meeting is shaped to meet the real-time needs of the members.

How to Join

Membership is by invitation only. Here’s the path:

  • Initial Interview: We explore fit and alignment

  • Guest Visit: Join a TAG meeting and experience the value

  • Group Vote: If the group sees the fit, and you do too, we move forward unanimously

  • Onboarding: We formalize the relationship and prep you for your first full session

Investment

  • Monthly Dues: $750

  • One-Time Enrollment Fee: $1,000

  • Time Commitment: One 3–4 hour session/month + Quarterly 1:1
