2 Day Workshop
This experiential workshop goes beyond theory and puts leadership behavior into motion. Using Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team combined with high-performance rowing instruction, teams experience trust, communication, and accountability in real time
The program includes classroom instruction, coached on-water rowing, structured team debriefs, meals, and a race experience. Led in partnership with Manatee County Youth Rowing at Fort Hamer Park Boathouse.
